The breakfast had lots of options, coffee and breads. The most important was the staff - EXCEPTIONALLY NICE and brilliantly helpful people. Its location was beautiful, just next door to a beautiful lagoon, the restaurant and the lake. Moreover, the hotel was near Los Aluxes Bacalar.

The staff here were super friendly and always went out of their way to help with anything we needed. the location is absolutely breathtaking, right next to a gorgeous lagoon, with views of a beautiful lake. The property offers various seating areas with nice views. Friendly staff and plenty of activities available. Simple rooms and breakfast, but the highlight is the great view of the lagoon. Water provided throughout the stay. Amazing location with beautiful resting areas. Swimming anytime in warm water. Highly recommended for relaxation. Well-maintained garden and exceptional customer service. Remote and peaceful location, easily accessible by taxi. Unique perspective of the cenote Esmeralda from the deck. Accommodating staff, great cocktails, and beautiful lakeside location.
